Exploring the Centuries: A Four-Day Odyssey Through Greece
Day 1: Begin your journey along the coastal road to the Corinth Canal with a brief stop. Continue to the renowned Theatre of Epidaurus, celebrated for its exceptional acoustics. Proceed to Nauplion for a quick photo stop, then head to Mycenae to explore the Archaeological Site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. Continue the journey to Olympia through Central Peloponnese, passing through Tripolis and Megalopolis. Spend the night in Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. (Dinner)
Day 2: Morning visit to the Archaeological Site featuring the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Archaeological Museum. Drive through the plains of Eliad and Achaia, crossing the Corinthian Bay on the magnificent bridge from Rion to Antirion. Pass by Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea before reaching Delphi for an overnight stay. (Dinner)
Day 3: Morning exploration of the Archaeological Site and the Museum in Delphi. Depart for Kalambaka, a charming town nestled at the base of the awe-inspiring Meteora rock complex. Overnight stay. (Dinner)
Day 4: Visit the remarkable monasteries perched atop the towering rocks of Meteora. Witness stunning Byzantine art in these ageless structures seemingly suspended in mid-air. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, and Thermopylae, with a short stop to view Leonidas' Monument. Arrive in Athens early in the evening.
