❖ Client responsibility: TGTE is not liable for any damage, injury, or accidents that the client may suffer during the route, scheduled activities, or any situation arising from their participation. Premium insurance included. (Consult specific conditions)

❖ Changes due to closures or schedule modifications: TGTE is not responsible for itinerary changes due to closures, schedule changes, or adjustments due to seasonal or special events. Alternatives will be proposed based on availability.

❖ Late arrival to activities: The client is responsible for arriving punctually. In case of delay, the activity will be considered canceled without refund.

❖ Official schedule and off-schedule changes: Activities will follow the official schedule. If the client wishes to make changes outside of this, it may incur additional charges and depend on availability. It is recommended to consult in advance.

❖ Confirmation voucher: Once confirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary and confirmation of all services. The client must carry this (printed or digital) during the trip to present at establishments.

❖ TGTE reserves the right to modify or change activities without notice to ensure tour quality.
